Prevail Water was founded by water industry veteran Percy Jones, Jr. After receiving his formal education from Kelco Water Engineering in Arizona in 1987, Jones launched his first bottling operation by leasing a warehouse facility in Trenton, NJ and began bottling filtered and spring water. Through sheer courage and determination, Jones launched his own bottled water label (Drink Clean Water Inc.) and began an aggressive marketing campaign. As a result, he became a supplier of bottled water for several major Atlantic City Casinos, as well as the State of New Jersey and the US Airways Terminal at Philadelphia International Airport.

In 1993, Jones moved his entire operation (bottling, processing, and distribution) to Flowery Branch, GA . He also provided consulting services to FEMA, the US Army Core of Engineers, and Homeland Security. In 2010, Mr. Jones received the 2010 Technical Innovation Award from Congressman John Lewis and the Congressional Black Caucus in Washington D.C. In 2015, Jones created a new brand, Prevail Water, to capitalize on trends in the bottled water industry. He also launched Prevail as a platform to share his vision and experience in order to create opportunities for young entrepreneurs seeking to get involved in bottled water.
